Before The shoot:
Consultation
I prefer to meet with clients before I shoot with them in order to discuss exactly what you are looking to get out of your photos. I want to make sure we are on the same page in order to deliver the photos you need from your session. You receive homework as a guide, which we review at the consultation.
Consultations are held in person or via Skype.
A DEPOSIT of $100 is required to book a session. This holds your appointment and goes toward your payment for the session you book. The deposit is due at the consultation.A rain day is always set in advance as well.
Makeup/Hair
A makeup artist is not required, but I HIGHLY encourage you as a professional to have one. Just as you work with makeup artists on set, a makeup artist will complete your look to ensure your headshot is of the utmost professional quality. I work with several makeup artists within New York but you are also welcome to use your own MUA. Simply inquire and one can be easily scheduled for your shoot.
I request actors style their hair to the best of their ability while we make minor adjustments and maintenance throughout the shoot. Your finished look should look like YOU on your best day, so it should be easily replicated.
A clothing change includes time for changing your hairstyle.
Men have the option to shave during their headshot session. Please bring a fresh razor and your favorite shaving products.
After the shoot:
Retouching
Retouching is available for $35/photo or $105 for four photos.
Printing
Prints are available to be picked up or shipped. I design your border/font/layout.
Discounts
SAG/AFTRA & Equity members get a 5% discount when you show your current union card.
Send a client to me and they book a shoot get $50 off your next shoot.
Returning clients get 15% discount.
